When terminating Netvigator fibre service and returning equipment, will a technician come to collect the device?

After terminating PCCW / Netvigator fibre service, the equipment that needs to be returned mainly includes the ONT modem (fibre converter) and the router (if they provided it).

There are two ways to return it: First, you can personally take it to a designated PCCW store for return. Second, PCCW can arrange for a technician to pick up the device at your home, but you may need to pay a door-to-door fee (usually $100-$200). It is recommended to go directly to the store for return, which is free and convenient.

Remember to keep the return receipt in case of future disputes. In addition, if the equipment is not returned after the specified deadline, you may be charged for the equipment, usually $500 to $1000.
